Chapter 1 General rules

Article 1 (Application of membership agreement)

1.     Wiki Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "We") provide a database service “Wiki-Investment” based on this terms.

2.     The user shall use Wiki-Investment in accordance to the Wiki-Investment terms of service.

Article 2 (Definition of terms)

In this membership agreement, the following terms shall be used in the meaning prescribed in the following.

1. Wiki-Investment

Our service which is listed in appended table A

2.Member equipment etc

Computers, peripheral device and software which installed by members at their own expense in order to use Wiki-Investment

Article 3 (Change of Terms)

1. We may change this terms without obtaining consent from users. Wiki-Investment service fee and other provision conditions will be in accordance to the changed Wiki-Investment membership agreement.

2. Changes to the membership agreement which is described in the preceding paragraph shall be notified on-line or in a manner separately determined by us to members at any time.
