Description:: New openings for M&A advisory services. - We look for candidates who are able to advice on M&A with PMI in mind. We provide dynamic support for M&A strategies planning, negotiations, and executing transactions so as to achieve M&A objectives as well as planning new strategies upon integration. - plan M&A strategies - screen target companies - support negotiation with target companies - confirm and monitor fulfillment of purchase conditions - advice on overall M&A : consult on overall management planning, deal conclusions, processes beyond M&A closing. - support on planning management strategies, business due diligence, post M&A integration, organization integration. - advice on financial and accounting, construct scheme, valuation, financial due diligence.

Desired Candidate Profile / Special Requirement

Exp: 3 - 50 Years with B.A.,  M.B.A/PGDM,  Ph.D/Doctorate

Key Skills: Special Requirements: - welcome a candidate who worked at Japanese big stock breakage firms - prefer a candidate who experienced in cross boarder business. - candidate who has knowledge of accounting

M&A execution experienced only A M&A advisor will possess the following qualifications: 1. More than 3 years of experiences of M&A executions at investment bank and/or financial institutions. 2.
