1. has experience of M&A valuation or company/industry analysis in corporate planning management division, corporate finance, or capital market divisions at investment bank, business firm. 2. has audit experience as CPA etc. ・　License holder of JCPA or USCPA who has audit experience and interested in valuation for accounting purpose. Either 1. or 2. and has business level English - better if you have science and technology background
