Career Plan in Finding Jobs
Efficacy means something that we can do not only to increase productivity but we can do it before we cannot do it. So that means that our system has the ability to develop humans. I suggest four stages of humans (models). This is called human evolution and it is a kind of eco system and it also an evolution system for career seekers to the second step that is Freelancer. The third step is Entrepreneur, and the forth step is Investor.
We can change categories by ourselves. Most people have to work as career seekers after they graduate from University, because at first they do not have enough experience or knowledge. So that in some cases we have to rely on some companies, so that the career seekers are defined as people who work for the company.
But if they get a lot of knowledge and experience they can be independent and in this case they can be categorized as Freelancers. The point of Freelancers is that they are self-employed.The difference between freelancers and Entrepreneurs is that they work with the organization. But basically Freelancers have to work by themselves, and If they have a team and make an organization they can be Entrepreneurs. This is my definition of the differentiation between Freelancers and Entrepreneurs.
Finally, if they succeed, and get lots of money and business experience they can be Investors.
This is what I call evolution of humans.
Actually this is my career path. When I used to work for PWC, I started the stage as a Career Seeker, and I worked for the company for 8 years. So at that time I wanted to be a CEO of the company, but unfortunately I had something to do by myself.
So after that, I got independent and started as a consultant, so that means that I used to be a Freelancer. Then I hired a lot of people and I made my organization. So, now I do not have to work by myself, I became The CEO of the company.
My stage is Entrepreneur now. My business has not succeeded a lot, so that I have not become an Investor yet. But in the future, I would like to be an Investor to support other companies. So actually this is based on my career path, and I can give other people the same path.
This is the aim of our site. So then how to progress from Career Seekers to Freelancers? If we just rely on the company, we cannot be self-employed, and get independent. So to be Freelancers, basically we have to be specialists; experiences and knowledge are very important things. But to be an Entrepreneur, they have to share their visions and philosophy with other members. The important thing for Entrepreneurs is leadership and communication skills, and the ability to talk about their visions and philosophy.
If we work for a company, the corporate managers are the same as Entrepreneurs, they require high levels of leadership and communication skills. And also Career Seekers have to share their visions. Basically if we have a different purpose or a different way of thinking, it is very difficult to share our vision with the company. But if we want to be promoted to be managers, especially corporate managers, sharing the corporate vision is one of the most important things. Just to be Freelancers, experiences and knowledge are important. But if we want to be promoted as managers, or become Entrepreneurs, leadership and communication skills are the most important things.
In my site, we can learn about such leadership and how to share the vision that we can learn from my book, “The real employee satisfaction”. And we can show our ability to share corporate philosophy to upload your thesis on our site, if you read my book. And also the next trade of our site is that we can upload your presentation too. So that means you can show your communication skills.
Through this site, we can learn leader ship and communication skills, and improve our presentation skills that we can provide this opportunity.
